Vacancy Details:

Name of the Post :Boiler Operator/Attendant (on contract basis)

Total Number of Posts: 02 posts  Gen.(UR)-02

Salary Details:   Rs.  5910-20200+2400GP
     
Age Limit:  The applicant should be between 18 to 45 years as on 01-01-2016  The upper age limit is relaxable by five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes.

Educational Qualifications:

• Matric /Higher Secondary with 2nd Class Certificate of Competency of boiler Attendant issued by the chief inspector of Boilers or any other competent authority.
• About 2 years experience in the operation of coal fired/oil fired boilers of 3 ton capacity and above and water tube field erected boiler.
• Preference will be given to the person holding first class Boiler Competency Certificate.

Selection Process:

• Objective type screening test  consisting of syllabus of subject , field concerned, General Knowledge Including General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh, Current Affairs, Every Day Science,Logic, 
• Social Science, General English & General Hindi of Matric standard. =200 Marks
• Interview of those who qualify objective type screening test. = 30 Marks
